Kajima Philippines Inc. was founded in 2002 to engage in design and construction, and in recent years has also begun to provide interior design and interior decorating services for hotels and office buildings. In the field of real estate development, KOA purchased an existing resort hotel located on Manila Bay, which it now runs as the five-star Sofitel Philippine Plaza hotel. The company renovated the hotel’s main dining room in 2006, converting it into a 476-seat international buffet restaurant. |
