Thai Kajima Co., Ltd., was founded in 1985, and has engaged mainly in the design and construction of production facilities and offices for Japanese-affiliated companies. Thailand is building up a major concentration of auto-related industries, and Thai Kajima is expanding its business largely on the strength of orders from Japanese-affiliated manufacturers. Thai Kajima commenced real estate development activities in 1994 with the Ramaland Building (mixed-use office and hotel) project. The company is now working on a complete overhaul of the hotel lobby floor in the Ramaland Building. In addition, plans are in the works for renovation of the hotel’s guest rooms and meeting facilities. |
